A most delicious liberating moment during lockdown 2020 was experienced sipping Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac on the rocks by myself late at night. 🥰 It eventually finished, so merci beaucoup @choimayjunejuly Cointreau for sending me more eaux-de-vie 😍 along with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale!
🥃The complex fruitiness of @RemyMartin paired with the fresh spiciness of Fever-Tree Ale (created with 3 naturally-sourced gingers + botanical flavours) provided a more refreshing way to enjoy the cognac, compared to my usual habit of enjoying it as a nightcap.
Instead of lime as suggested, i made do with what i readily had at home and poured Rémy Martin VSOP over cubed ice, and topped it with ginger ale, grapefruit zest + a tiny squeeze of lemon.
